⚈ Personal welcome by an official Tower guide at the dedicated security entrance to the Eiffel Tower gardens.

⚈ A valid ID may be required for security checks at the Eiffel Tower.

⚈ Large bags, luggage, and sharp objects are not permitted inside the Eiffel Tower.

⚈ The tour operates in most weather conditions; dress appropriately and wear comfortable shoes.

⚈ The experience is not fully wheelchair accessible; please inquire in advance for accessibility options.

⚈ Tickets and services cannot be returned or refunded, even if lost, stolen, or forgotten. Replacement tickets are not available. Access to the Eiffel Tower or related services may be restricted or canceled by SETE.

⚈ The sale of admission tickets for a monument is considered a leisure activity service. Consequently, in accordance with Article L.221-28 (12) of the French Consumer Code, tickets are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Any purchase of a Ticket and/or Service is final and cannot be cancelled or withdrawn by the Customer.

⚈ No purchased Ticket and/or Service can be returned or refunded, even in cases of loss, theft, or forgetting it during the visit. No duplicate ticket will be issued to the Customer. SETE reserves the right to restrict or cancel the visit to the Eiffel Tower and/or any related Service.

⚈ If the Customer cancels the visit less than 50 days before the scheduled visit date, no refund will be granted. If the Customer cancels the visit more than 50 days before the scheduled visit date, SETE will retain 50% of the total validated quotation amount (including taxes, excluding options) as a deposit.

⚈ In the event that, due to force majeure, SETE management is required to restrict access to the monument or part of it for more than two (2) consecutive hours, SETE will offer the Customer compensation in the form of alternative visits or services, with no refund possible. If the access restriction is due to a decision by public authorities, no refund request will be accepted. If the access restriction prevents the proper execution of the Service, an equivalent service may be offered by SETE. For example, for Customers who purchased a Service taking place at the summit, an equivalent service may be offered by SETE or the service provider, subject to availability.

⚈ No refunds will be issued on site. No refund or exchange will be granted in the event of late arrival or inability to access the elevator or Service due to the Customer’s delay, delays attributable to monument operations, or unfavorable visibility conditions from any level of the monument. SETE cannot be held liable for any force majeure event that disrupts the proper execution of the Service or the visit, potentially resulting in full or partial closure of the monument to the public, such as adverse weather conditions (ice, wind, snow, etc.) or decisions made by public authorities.

⚈ If the selected date is unavailable, an alternative date will be offered or a refund will be issued.
