We got there only to see a long queue that goes all the way over the bridge. Waited in line for a good amount of time while other people have been waiting there long before us. It is a peak season but we weren’t going to waste a day standing in line. We were also planning on doing the dinner cruise with but decided not to as we already wasted money on this tour for not going.

Ocena średnia. Dużo ludzi, którzy chcą być na górze, awantury między ludźmi bo ktoś zasłania dobry widok… sama zostałam zaatakowana przez jednego pana, któremu nie odpowiadało gdzie stoję. Wieczorem ogromne tłumy i kolejki do rejsu, lepiej wybrać jednak dzienny rejs.

I have a mental heath condition that I needed to be on the top of the boat. But they said I had to get on the boat or I don’t get to ride. I would not recommend this if you don’t want to feel caged in and treated like cattle. This was the worst part of my Paris trip.

The lack of music during the music tour event was honestly quite disappointing. Instead, we had to listen to a bunch of American tourists shouting “six seven” the whole time. I really don’t know how satisfied anyone can be with an event that fails to deliver what it promised

Realmente no dan lo que ofrecen, literalmente solo es el recorrido por el sena y ya, lo demás que te dicen en la descripción es mentira pero la verdad por el precio para el recorrido aue dan está bien. Los que trabajan ahí solo hablan inglés o francés así que aprende lo básico cuando vayas a pedir información y si te dan mala cara es normal (supongo)

Отзыв об экскурсии на кораблике: разочарование и негужно потраченные силы, время и деньги. От метро далековато. Вечером очередь на катер была большая. Музыка очень тихая, почти нет. Но самое большое разочарование, что почти ничего и не видно, одни крыши и кроны деревьев. Сена глубоко спрятана..

I have never had such a bad boat tour before. It shouldn’t even be legal to put so many more people on a boat than it should hold. It was so overcrowded that we couldn’t even turn around or move properly. An absolutely terrible tour and service. I wish I had never bought it.

Went in the evening, queue was ridiculous so recommend getting there early. Overall the boat was cute, saw some good sights with nice musical background but be warned everyone screams every time we go under a bridge which is beyond irritating. Will probably opt for a private cruise or dinner one next time.

Hier ist eine natürlichere und grammatikalisch korrekte Version auf Deutsch: Die Fahrt war gut, aber das Anstehen war wirklich sehr anstrengend. Die Schlange war gefühlt ewig lang – bestimmt 600 Leute. Wir mussten etwa 40 Minuten warten, bevor wir fahren konnten. Möglicherweise lag es daran, dass wir ziemlich spät am Abend losfahren wollten und viele andere dieselbe Idee hatten. Ansonsten war die Fahrt sehr schön. Es waren zwar viele Leute an Bord, was teilweise etwas anstrengend war, aber die Route ist wirklich super.

C’est de l’arnaque! J’ai payé 32€ pour deux personnes, il n’y a pas d’horaires. En arrivant vers 20h, il y avait une file d’attente énorme, on ne voyait pas la fin. Je me suis renseigné auprès une personne qui travaillait la bas pour lui demander si j’étais bien au bon endroit et je pensais qu’il y avait une file spécial pour les réservations et il m’a dit que c’était la même que celle qui était interminable. Il m’a répondu que ça irait très vite. J’ai marché 5 minutes pour aller au bout, j’ai attendu 30 minutes et je n’avais fait que 10/15%. J’ai donc décidé de partir. Je déconseille fortement, il n’y a aucun intérêt à réserver et payer à l’avance puisqu’ils acceptent un maximum de personnes. Donc réservation ou pas vous attendrez pareil et je suis persuadé que beaucoup de personnes n’attendent pas et ne se font pas rembourser. J’ai fais la démarche, je vais apriori être remboursé que de 50%. Je déconseille donc.

PESSIMO, La gestione era terribile, ti dicono di presentarti al molo mezz ora prima per permetterti di scegliere la partenza che in teoria è ogni mezz’ora, appena siamo arrivati c era la fila che arrivava sino all inizio del ponte, siamo saliti alle 23 passate, dalle 9 che eravamo lì al molo, creando disagi anche per chi deve prendere la metro poi e oltretutto non è durato nemmeno 1 ora. OVVIAMENTE i paesaggi sono bellissimi ma l organizzazione no.

Op een hele volle boot een mooie vaart gehad en kunnen genieten van het leven van Parijs met de lampjes aan. Minpuntje: de lange rij voor het instappen, die zeer ongeorganiseerd was, waardoor mensen meenden niet achter in de rij hoeven te gaan staan. Zoals de meesten mensen wel deden.

When we arrived the line was, without exagerating, 1 km long. Can’t plan ahead since they don’t have fixed time slots. After that disappointment we wanted to cancel the activity and they just refused. Save your time. This is a tourist trap.

très déçue !!très mal organisé !! on e tait dans la file prioritaire car ma fille est malade et moi j'ai un problème de genou, on s'est retrouvé dans une file d'attente avec des gens pas du tout handicapé ou malades, les enfants couraient,bousculait et arrivées sur le bateau,il y avait tellement de monde, qu'il y en avait debout devant nous,Résultat on n'a rien vu!! je ne referai plus. en plus a la fin j'ai voulu prendre des pièces souvenirs,j'ai payé et jamais eu mes pièces. vraiment tout était décevant.

It was good - it was really cold so make sure you dress accordingly if going in the evening like me, couldn't hear any music, felt crowded Overall I got what i wanted which was nice pictures of the Eiffel Tower, but I think if I could go back I would have booked a smaller/more intimate tour and would have enjoyed that better - i enjoyed the time seeing the tower up close but not so much the rest of the time on the river

My trip was amazing we did the 8:30pm one and got the see the Eiffel Tower light up right as the tour was over, it was amazing!! This tour was perfect and their customer service was very helpful and answered my question in a timely manner.

L’excursion était bien en général sauf que il y a une gigantesque file pour entrer, qui va en 10-15 min certes mais quand même je ne m’y attendais pss 😅 Et aussi c’est premier arrivé, premier servi dans le bateau sauf que si vous êtes parmi les derniers à monter vous serez clairement dos à la Tour Eiffel.. Bref on a su se faufiler et avoir de beaux clichés mais a anticiper, ce n’est pas la croisière calme et chill que vous pensez

Petite déception… Étant donné qu’on ne réserve pas de créneau particulier, je me suis retrouvée face à une file de plus d’une heure devant moi… Arrivés vers 20h30, nous ne sommes montés à bord du bateau qu’à 22h. De plus, le bateau était tellement rempli que des personnes venaient se mettre devant nous qui étions assis. Pas de musique sur le haut du bateau comme indiqué dans le programme. Hormis ça, le tour en bateau était agréable.

Je suis assez déçue par la prestation que j’ai acheté mensongère et inutilisable. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l’embarquement, on nous a refusé l’embarquement, l’application n’étant pas compatible avec mon ios, j’avais imprimé les billets PDF. Ils ont refusé l’embarquement sans QR code en me disant que je n’avais qu’à être passé directement par eux et par un prestataire que ce n’était pas leur problème et que je n’avais qu’à racheter un ticket. Au bout d’une demi-heure d’attente, nous avons réussi à solutionner le problème avec le responsable. Dans le pack, nous avions une photo souvenir qu’il a été impossible de faire puisque ça ne se faisait pas sur le bateau Idem pour l’ambiance musicale, qui était complètement hors de propos. J’étais à la fois déçue par l’accueil des hôtesses d’embarquement, par le pack en lui-même et par la difficulté de profiter d’une offre que nous avions donc acheté. C’est la dernière fois que je passe par Getyourguude !

Para quem é do Rio d e janeiro é o mesmo de atravessar a Bahia de Guanabara de Niterói até praça VX. Sem contar os funcionários da plataforma sem gentileza nenhuma com os turistas eu pedi para ficar para a próxima embarcação ele fechou o portão na minha vez e fez eu ir na que estava parada , como fosse fazer diferença eu ir naquela ou na próxima no barco . Esquecem que só tem esse passeio pq tem turismo trouxa como eu fui para pagar .

Firstly, there was no music and no free souvenir postcard to collect as stated on booking. It was extremely busy when we got there and we did ask what would be the best time to board so we could view the Eiffel Tower when it sparkled (which is every hour for five minutes). We were disappointed when the boat actually went in the opposite direction of the Eiffel Tower and we missed the hourly light up whilst on board. However, the river boat trip is a great price and you pass lots of bridges during your short journey. The views are amazing and the atmosphere was nice too even though the weather wasn’t good. There is a downstairs seating area which we used when the rain got heavy and the views were still great. For anyone that does not like crowds I would say speak to the box office for advice on their less busier times. The location is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and there are lots of nice places to eat locally too.

Even wat anders: Boeken voor een ander is lastig. Je krijgt heel veel mail. Ik heb het niet meer gelezen. Bij de entree moesten ze nog naar die ene mail met code zoeken. Heel vervelend. Het kan heel simpel: Nadat het bedrag ontvangen is, één mailtje sturen met ticket/code.

Поездка прошла хорошо. Но учитывайте пожалуйста что если у вас вечернее время нужно стоять в очереди где-то за час до запланированного времени, так как очередь огромная. Корабль отплывает в правую сторону, так же он на обратном пути проплывает под мостом где Эйфелева башня.

Η κρουαζιέρα στον Σηκουάνα ήταν όμορφη οσν αφορά την διαδρομή. Ωστόσο, υπήρξαν πράγματα που δεν ήταν τόσο καλά κατά την γνώμη μου. Αρχικά, αναγράφεται ότι δεν επιτρέπονται παιδιά κάτω των τέσσερα με αποτέλεσμα κάποια από εμάς να μην κάνει την κρουαζιέρα για να μείνει έξω με το παιδί, ενώ σε όλη την κρουαζιέρα τελικά υπήρχαν γονείς με παιδιά και μωρά κάτω των τεσσάρων χρόνων. Δεύτερον δεν λάβαμε κάποια καρτ ποσταλ, ούτε είχαμε κάποια γαλλική μουσική όπως έλεγε στο πρόγραμμα και ήμασταν στο κάτω κατάστρωμα, οπότε δεν υπήρχε κάποιο πρόβλημα να μην ακούγαμε.

We selected the evening cruise at sunset- the most busy- and I would not recommend this time. In our experience it was a pretty bad. We waited 45 min to get on the boat and then they cram way too many people in like sardines. While everyone want to be on the top outside deck, it cannot accommodate. We had people standing in front of us and had no view except for the rear ends. We ended standing on the benches and had to do so the entire 1 hr. Despite a young employee trying to get the people in front to sit down, they just ignored him. Perhaps sitting on the side, people had a better experience, but our and others near us said it was a waste of time because we had no view and nowhere else to go because it was jammed packed.

The trip was amazing - enjoying Paris monuments from the Seine is spectacular especially when it is sunset time and then become dark. What we learned is choosing the right time is key to enjoy the trip. The waiting line might be too long but depends on the time you choose at sunset it’s probably the most busy one.

Super busy waiting in line and kids running around with chaperones rushing the waiting area, and also on the boat school kids coming up and down deck screaming 6 7 non stop .... but if you can look past that, it's a great deal.

on me dit qu'il est ambiance musicale quand on nous propose l'activité et après le paiement on nous envoie un lien de YouTube pour qu'une explication sur le bateau des monuments personne pour surveiller le bazar que font les gens moi je suis tombé sur un groupe même deux qui ont crié toute la traversée et personne pour leur demander de se taire ils ont gâché toute la croisière je me languissais d'arriver au quai pour descendre je suis totalement déçu je ne reprendrai plus cette activité

It was fine. There was no ‘’musical ambiance”. We were surrounded by annoying and loud teenagers that made it very hard to relax and enjoy the experience. It would be great if there were some staff members helping control loud and obnoxious patrons so that others experiences are not tainted.

Prepare the ticket properly with the other app before you are in line, at the boat you don’t have internet. The trip was amazing so try to go there like 1-2 boats after sunset on the weather app. But it’s not a cruise with music, they’re just sending you a 3/10 playlist.. Overall, it was worth it, but the price only makes sense if you take that evening boat.

It was a nice fun enjoyable cruise. We saw the Eiffel tower sparkling at the beginning of cruise and at the end. Ambiance of the cruise is top. The queue was so long but it moves really fast. Highly recommended.

Es war ein großes Chaos am Ufer der Seine. Es war nicht ersichtlich, wo wir unsere Tickets wie einlösen können. Obwohl wir mehrere Angestellte angesprochen hatten, konnte uns niemand KONKRET helfen. Alle waren nett, aber eine Person schickte uns zur nächsten. Entnervt gingen wir zur Konkurrenz über, wo alles reibungslos klappte. Da wir bezahlt haben aber die Dienstleistung nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten, beantragen wir unser Geld zurück. Danke

Comprei no site antecipadamente para ir no final de semana de Páscoa. Cheguei em torno de 19:30 e a fila estava enorme (MUITO grande). Em nenhum lugar do site avisam sobre o tamanho da fila e esse método de poder ir a qualquer horário do dia eu achei muito ruim. Resumo: desisti de ficar nessa fila gigante e perdi 34€ por dois ingressos.

It was a lot of people and the time is not regulated. Although there's flexibility and less pressure to get to the activity at a certain time, everyone just lines up and gets on the boat as the line moves. And you are unlucky if you are at the end of the line for the boat they are trying to fill, so you will not get a good spot or a good seat. But Paris is Paris, and the views are great.

L’esperienza in se è molto bella, la barca non è troppo affollata, ci sono dei bei bagni sopra e l’audio guida. Detto ciò però c’è da contare un ora e mezza quasi due di coda anche se si ha il biglietto, cosa che noi proprio non ci aspettavamo e se non avessimo gia pagato non avremmo fatto… Quindi prima di prenotare questa è una cosa da tenere presente .

Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait aucune présentation des monuments visités. Les QR code ne fonctionnent pas et ce depuis septembre 2024 car nous étions déjà venus avec un groupe scolaire. Et il n'y a aucune ambiance musicale.

Es war eine Massenabfertigung. 600 Menschen auf einem Schiff. Paris ist eine wunderbare Stadt. Diese Fahrt war leider nichts besonderes und ich würde es nicht noch einmal wiederholen. Gerne auf einem Schiff, wo man sich wie ein Mensch fühlen kann, etwas trinken und die Kulisse genießen.

Absolute Horrorerfahrung! Ich habe noch bei der Hotline angerufen, um zu fragen, ob man einen bestimmten Timeslot buchen kann. Man teilte mir mit, dass man einfach an das Ufer gehen sollte. Das haben wir auch gemacht. Die Schlange war so unendlich lang, dass uns jede Lust vergangen ist und wir dann die Karten haben verfallen lassen. Wir wären bestimmt 3h angestanden oder wären nicht mehr auf das letzte Boot gekommen. Wäre schön, wenn wir unser Geld zurückerstattet bekämen.

We didn’t actually take the trip, we arrived at the pier and it was packed with people. There was a massive queue waiting to get on the boat. When we booked we hadn’t realised the boat took 300 people and decided we didn’t want to wait as it wasn’t the experience we were expecting.

The Seine river cruise? Honestly biggest letdown of our Paris trip. Queued 45 minutes… only to get herded onto a boat packed like a rush-hour train. No space, no atmosphere, just bodies everywhere. It felt less like a Paris experience and more like a volume business sell it cheap, stack them high, get them on and off. To be fair, this one’s partly on us. We went budget… and it showed.Lesson learned: in a city like Paris, don’t cut corners on experiences. Pay a bit more, get fewer people, and actually enjoy it.

Was erg leuk om met de boot vanaf de seine te kijken naar de stad. Wij waren al eerder langs de seine gefietst dus niet veel nieuws gezien. Maar was erg leuk! Jammer van de regen en hagel de eerste 20 minuten. Daarna beetje fris in de wind. Maarja wat verwacht je in maart van het weer. Verder wel genoten. Ook om vanaf de parkeergarage bij Bercy met de metro naar de Eifeltoren te gaan was goed te doen! Zeker een aanraden. Maar als je wilt buiten zitten op het dek. Plannen bij mooi weer. Dan heb je beter uitzicht dan dat je binnen zit.

The cruise in itself was fine. Nothing special I guess. It was nice views but the overall experience was awful. There are no timeslots which leads to waiting in line for 3 hours! Having no timeslots is just pure money making, a lot of people left the cue because it was just too long of a wait for a simple boat ride. On the other hand if you don’t have timeslots there should be an information about long waiting hours so that people can prepare. We had uncomfortable shoes, no water, no food and missed our dinner reservation afterwards. On top of that it is so hard to find a schedule of the departures and then the schedule wasn’t even followed. Even the staff couldn’t tell us when the next boat would be departing. Just pure chaos. I would definitely not have booked the “experience” had I known I would be standing in line for 3 hours.

Unfortunately, I didn’t even get to take the cruise because the organization was extremely poor. There was no clear time slot assigned to our booking, and we were informed that we would need to wait approximately three hours. For travelers who carefully plan their day, especially in a city like Paris, this is simply unacceptable. A much better approach would be to organize cruises with specific time slots, giving customers a dedicated boarding window. This would prevent long waiting times, reduce crowding, and significantly improve the overall experience. I hope the company considers improving their scheduling system, as a cruise on the Seine should be a relaxing and enjoyable highlight — not a frustrating waste of time.

Olá, Gostaria de ter o meu dinheiro de volta, nós fomos 2 vezes ao local e nas duas vezes tinham filas imensas e não pudemos fazer o passeio após ficar 1 hora na fila, pois depois de muito tempo esperando, virem e alegaram que não teriam mais barcos saindo no dia. Foi muito frustrante, pois acabamos por não realizar o passeio dito que viemos embora e perdemos muito tempo + dinheiro de transporte para ir até o local e ficar esperando para depois sermos informados que não poderíamos mais ir. Extremamente desorganizado!

Wir hatten für den 15. Februar 2026 eine Sightseeing-Tour in Paris gebucht. Leider war es uns an diesem Tag nicht möglich, an der Tour teilzunehmen, da vor Ort ein sehr hohes Besucheraufkommen bestand und der Einlass nicht mehr erfolgen konnte. Vor Ort wurde uns ein entsprechender Hinweis ausgehändigt mit der Bitte, diesen per E-Mail einzureichen, um eine Rückerstattung zu beantragen. Den erhaltenen Zettel habe ich an den Betreiber gesendet und warte jetzt auf mein Geld.Ich bin gespannt ob ich die Geld erhalten werde.

Atenção esperamos 3 horas na fila , quando já estamos à frente e pensávamos que era só mais um bocadinho ainda esperamos mais 1h. Fomos era cerca de 18:20 entramos no barco eram 21:15 pelo tempo de espera o passeio não vale a pena … quando virem a fila para lá da ponte saibam que vão esperar pelo menos 3 horas

Hice fila durante 2 horas y media, cuando pregunté cuál era el tiempo de espera desde el punto en donde me encontraba me dijeron que 2 horas, lamentablemente no pude realizar la actividad. En la reserva decía que me presentará solo 30 minutos antes, pero el tiempo de espera era aprox 4 horas y media, era mi único día en París y cuando expliqué mi caso el mismo día mientras hacía fila, la respuesta que obtuve de la señorita Vanessa fue insinuar que era mi culpa por no haber ido con más tiempo de antelación.

Bonjour , J’ai reserver une sortie en bateaux mouche avec ma femme en amoureux pour le 14fevrier 2026 , Nous somme arrivé a 20h00 nous sommes entrée dans le bateaux mouche a 22h nous sommes tres tres decus de plus la plublicité et mensongère vous dite bateaux musical embiance musical il yavait aucune musique que la guide qui expliquait dans le bateaux mouche trop trop mais trop de monde on peut meme pas filmé sans q’une personne ne passe devant vous vraiment une grosse arnaque surtout a fuire des vrai VOLEUR 🚨🚨🚨je ne conseillle a personne de le faire tres tres descus 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

We didn't get the cruise. The queue was very long, going under the bridge. It would have been a couple of hours of waiting, but the last boat left at 10pm. I didn't think there could be such a queue.

No capacity yet they book tickets on the day. How can they not plan capacity. People who have booked in advance have paid so what is the requirement to book on the day?

We were not able to do the cruise. We bought our tickets late in the day. There was no indication that the cruise was very overbooked and that we would have to wait in line for 2+ hours without a guarentee of being able to take the boat at all. We were told we could try again tomorrow - after we flew home. I wish there was more transparency regarding availability of the cruise during the ticketing process. I’m guessing there were more than a few people who bought tickets and were not able to use them.

Never went on the cruise because the queue was endless! Disappointed because I believe the embarkment could be better organised, even on a busy day like Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the tickets and I doubt I'll get a refund. Pity, but I won't try a booking like this again.

nous avons été trés déçus parce que la prestation n'etait pas celle vendue! nous avons eu du mal à trouver le lieu d'embarquement de la croisiere et perdu temps et energie. En fait il n'y avait ni musique ni carte postale contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur le site de reservation. J'espere donc une explication et un dedommagement.

This was a wonderful tour! Get there early, though the lines move pretty quickly. I highly rec going around 8-9pm so you can watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle afterwards. Great way to see the city and beautiful sites along the river:)

Superb musical ballad on the water. In the playlist I would have seen Johnny Halliday and Maxime le Forestier too. Everything was perfect.
