Paris: Seine River Cruise with Music Playlist and Postcard

Péssima experiência . Não mostraram todos os pontos que estavam incluídos , não havia música e a fila de espera é surreal …

The cruise in itself was fine. Nothing special I guess. It was nice views but the overall experience was awful. There are no timeslots which leads to waiting in line for 3 hours! Having no timeslots is just pure money making, a lot of people left the cue because it was just too long of a wait for a simple boat ride. On the other hand if you don’t have timeslots there should be an information about long waiting hours so that people can prepare. We had uncomfortable shoes, no water, no food and missed our dinner reservation afterwards. On top of that it is so hard to find a schedule of the departures and then the schedule wasn’t even followed. Even the staff couldn’t tell us when the next boat would be departing. Just pure chaos. I would definitely not have booked the “experience” had I known I would be standing in line for 3 hours.

Su yüksekliği sebebiyle üst kata çıkarılmaması saçmaydı. Müzik desen hiç yok, güzergahta olan bazı noktalara da hiç gidilmedi. Erken gitmesek saatlerce sıra bekleyebilirdik. Tuvaletler çok kötüydü. Verilen paraya kesinlikle değmez.

Unfortunately, I didn’t even get to take the cruise because the organization was extremely poor. There was no clear time slot assigned to our booking, and we were informed that we would need to wait approximately three hours. For travelers who carefully plan their day, especially in a city like Paris, this is simply unacceptable. A much better approach would be to organize cruises with specific time slots, giving customers a dedicated boarding window. This would prevent long waiting times, reduce crowding, and significantly improve the overall experience. I hope the company considers improving their scheduling system, as a cruise on the Seine should be a relaxing and enjoyable highlight — not a frustrating waste of time.

Olá, Gostaria de ter o meu dinheiro de volta, nós fomos 2 vezes ao local e nas duas vezes tinham filas imensas e não pudemos fazer o passeio após ficar 1 hora na fila, pois depois de muito tempo esperando, virem e alegaram que não teriam mais barcos saindo no dia. Foi muito frustrante, pois acabamos por não realizar o passeio dito que viemos embora e perdemos muito tempo + dinheiro de transporte para ir até o local e ficar esperando para depois sermos informados que não poderíamos mais ir. Extremamente desorganizado!

Nu a fost, deoarece era prea multa lume si nu au reusit sa ne duca pe toti pana la ora la care scria. Au zis ca ne primesc a doua zi, dar am patit la fel. Am ramas cu banii dati si atat. Sincer as vrea sa mi primesc banii înapoi pentru aceasta experienta urata.

I do not recommend this experience. Even though I bought the tickets in advance through GetYourGuide, I still had to wait in the general queue for hours, with no real advantage. It ended up being a frustrating waste of time that spoiled the whole experience.

Wir hatten für den 15. Februar 2026 eine Sightseeing-Tour in Paris gebucht. Leider war es uns an diesem Tag nicht möglich, an der Tour teilzunehmen, da vor Ort ein sehr hohes Besucheraufkommen bestand und der Einlass nicht mehr erfolgen konnte. Vor Ort wurde uns ein entsprechender Hinweis ausgehändigt mit der Bitte, diesen per E-Mail einzureichen, um eine Rückerstattung zu beantragen. Den erhaltenen Zettel habe ich an den Betreiber gesendet und warte jetzt auf mein Geld.Ich bin gespannt ob ich die Geld erhalten werde.

Atenção esperamos 3 horas na fila , quando já estamos à frente e pensávamos que era só mais um bocadinho ainda esperamos mais 1h. Fomos era cerca de 18:20 entramos no barco eram 21:15 pelo tempo de espera o passeio não vale a pena … quando virem a fila para lá da ponte saibam que vão esperar pelo menos 3 horas

Hice fila durante 2 horas y media, cuando pregunté cuál era el tiempo de espera desde el punto en donde me encontraba me dijeron que 2 horas, lamentablemente no pude realizar la actividad. En la reserva decía que me presentará solo 30 minutos antes, pero el tiempo de espera era aprox 4 horas y media, era mi único día en París y cuando expliqué mi caso el mismo día mientras hacía fila, la respuesta que obtuve de la señorita Vanessa fue insinuar que era mi culpa por no haber ido con más tiempo de antelación.

We didn't get the cruise. The queue was very long, going under the bridge. It would have been a couple of hours of waiting, but the last boat left at 10pm. I didn't think there could be such a queue.

No capacity yet they book tickets on the day. How can they not plan capacity. People who have booked in advance have paid so what is the requirement to book on the day?

We were not able to do the cruise. We bought our tickets late in the day. There was no indication that the cruise was very overbooked and that we would have to wait in line for 2+ hours without a guarentee of being able to take the boat at all. We were told we could try again tomorrow - after we flew home. I wish there was more transparency regarding availability of the cruise during the ticketing process. I’m guessing there were more than a few people who bought tickets and were not able to use them.

Estivemos 2 horas e meia à espera para poder entrar na fila e ao frio. Havia de ter mais barcos a passar.

Never went on the cruise because the queue was endless! Disappointed because I believe the embarkment could be better organised, even on a busy day like Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the tickets and I doubt I'll get a refund. Pity, but I won't try a booking like this again.

Vale muito a pena, o percurso é maravilhoso, tudo bem organizado. Faria novamente.

nous avons été trés déçus parce que la prestation n'etait pas celle vendue! nous avons eu du mal à trouver le lieu d'embarquement de la croisiere et perdu temps et energie. En fait il n'y avait ni musique ni carte postale contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur le site de reservation. J'espere donc une explication et un dedommagement.

This was a wonderful tour! Get there early, though the lines move pretty quickly. I highly rec going around 8-9pm so you can watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle afterwards. Great way to see the city and beautiful sites along the river:)

Magnificent cruise. My 6-year-old daughter loved it. Good value for money

Superb musical ballad on the water. In the playlist I would have seen Johnny Halliday and Maxime le Forestier too. Everything was perfect.
