Die GuideIn war sehr nett, nach einer kurzen Einführung konnte die Gruppe auf eigenständige Weise alles erkunden und bis in die Nacht dort bleiben.

Achei desorganizado o local de encontro é dependemos da boa vontade dos locais para encontrar-mos o guia. Outro casal que conhecemos no passeio somente achou o guia graças a nossa filha. Precisa melhorar isso, com certeza. O restante atendeu as expectativas

Der Guide war sehr freundlich und aufgestellt, aber ich würde nicht mehr so buchen. Es dauerte zu lange bis die ganze Gruppe jeweils zusammen war und wir standen 1h lang an. Wir wären deutlich schneller und unkomplizierter gewesen wenn wir einfach Tickets vor Ort gekauft hätten…

Megtévesztő a megnevezés, mert ha a csúcsra akarsz menni, azt csak külön jeggyel teheted, és az általában már elfogyott.

God oplevelse, guiden var god og præcis - vi fik det at vide vi skulle vide. Desværre beskriver billetten at der er mulighed for at komme til top, men da vi stod dernede så betød det at vores billetter ikke vil virke og vi skulle købe helt nye hvis vi skulle helt op. Vi havde regnet med at man kunne have lavet et tilkøb til den eksisterende billet hvis vi ville helt op. Det er muligt vi har misforstået det, men det kunne være fint hvis det havde stået i beskrivelsen, så vi vidste det på forhånd.

We didn’t realise there was a guide when we booked the tickets, but we’re very pleased there was! Our lovely guide had lots of information and a super sense of humour. She certainly made the event even better and forewarned us about the different security protocols before we got there.

der Eiffelturm war natürlich beeindruckend. den Guide hötte es jetzt nicht wirklich gebraucht. Sie hatte nur Infos zum Security Check und welche Aufzüge man nimmt. Hätte man auch selbst herausgefunden.

Our guide was friendly, the meeting location was easy to find, and everything was on schedule. We learned some valuable information about the Eiffel Tower, however I was underwhelmed by the experience of going up in the tower. I would have preferred a tour on the ground only for less cost (and less crowds). Overall, positive experience.

Es hat alles geklappt, angefangen vom Treffpunkt, gab eine gute Einführung zum Eiffelturm, schneller Zugang zum Aufzug. Ohne Anstehen ein schönes Erlebnis! Auf der 2. Plattform hatte man ausreichend Zeit zum individuellen Genießen.

Was an enjoyable tour. One thing, I think the meeting place is a little random, outside a cafe that has nothing to do with the Effiel tower and a 10-15 min walk from the tower, I think it would be much better at a closer location! After your walk to the tower and the tour guide telling us some history it was nearly an hr after our allocated time slot beforewe were in the lift on the way up!

The naming and pricing of the ticket purchased is very misleading. I believed that I was purchasing a ticket to the summit of the Eiffel Tower but was told by our guide that we had only purchased a ticket to the 2nd level. Rather than say “with” optional summit access, the ticket should be named “including” or “excluding” summit access for greater clarity. Buyer beware as they say…

Our guide Denish was absolutely EXCELLENT!!! We loved him, naturally funny! What a guy. Great experience overall and of course views were stunning!

Se cumple con lo mencionado, sin embargo un punto a mencionar es que la guía apenas y cumplía con su trabajo y su voz al dar las instrucciones y explicaciones del tour no se escuchaba y teníamos que acercarnos aún más pero era muy cerrada al ayudar a la comprensión

Nicht zu empfehlen. Die „Reiseleiterin“ hat sich nicht interessiert, nur kurz etwas zum Sicherheitscheck gesagt. War schlecht zu verstehen, zu leise und zu schnell gesprochen vor allem an der sehr befahrenen Straße. Wir haben mehr erfahren beim Warten in der Schlange, als wir anderen Guides zugehört haben. Sie hat sich fast die gesamte Zeit mit ihren Handy beschäftigt. Das Geld kann man sich sparen.

We had a good experience with this tour. The meeting point is easy to find, and a short walk with the tour group to the Eiffel Tower. Aida was a fantastic guide, really fun and informative. She was exceptional with the school ages kids on the tour, it made waiting in line more pleasant for them to have such a fun guide giving them information they found interesting. The view was fantastic, it was one of the highlights of our trip!

It was a beautiful experience.

Nossa experiência foi ótima … o guia muito simpático , fez uma apresentação sobre Paris e detalhes da Torre! Nos mostrou e acompanhou todo trajeto … um momento maravilhoso ! Só sugiro outro local para retira dos ingressos e encontro com o guia , pois ficamos na chuva e frio ( sensação térmica 6C) aguardando mais de 30min ..

It was nice way to see the Tower and hear it’s story

I find it outrageous that tourists are treated like children, and that the organizers think that the tourist cannot find their way to the desired site alone. Why do I have to meet someone two corners away whom I don't want to meet? Why can't I buy a ticket directly and enter the Tower alone and independently? I would like the original option to be restored when I next visit the Eiffel Tower. Thank you in advance!

booked this tour for my elderly mother who has a bad knee and has trouble walking long distances. meeting point instructions, meeting the guide and going to the Eiffel Tower itself for excellent. However, given that this is an elevator tour and participants may have accessibility issues, the meeting point should be closer to the Eiffel Tower. It was a several block walk from the meeting point to the entrance for the tower, and then a line to get into the elevator, and that took up almost an hour of time. The elevator experience itself was great and once we were up on the second floor the views were stunning

Ich fand den Preis für das Paket zu hoch im Verhältnis zum Eintritt von knapp 30.- Euro pro Person. Die Guidin war nett, aber ja nur bis zum Lift dabei und anstehen etc musste man trotzdem…

We enjoyed the experience a lot, great view and worth to visit. Our guide shared some historic insights. Unfortunately she confused the entrances, sent the group to an entry point and left with others to a different direction without any info. It felt bit uncoordinated. Overall we liked it and would book it again.

online Buchung und Treffen haben sehr gut geklappt. kurzer Spaziergang mit guide zum Eiffelturm und 2 mal Sicherheitscheck. Alles raus aus den Jackentaschen und danach schnell wieder einsammeln stresst mich etwas, ist aber leider nötig. Wenn man erstmal mit dem Fahrstuhl oben ist, wird man durch super Aussicht auf Paris belohnt !

Közlekedési problémák miatt késve érkeztünk meg a találkozó helyre, de nagyon segítőkészek voltak és gyorsan megoldották a problémat. A torony önmagában is látványos, a kilátás pazar, de iszonyú mennyiségű ember van mindenhol. A személyzet segítőkész, főleg ha valaki francia nyelven próbálkozik. Mi délelőtt voltunk.

Super insgesamt

Very knowledgeable and friendly guide with lots of fun facts about the Eiffel Tower. We really enjoyed that part. One thing to bear in mind: the meeting point time on the first email and then on the reminder were different. This + the fact that the info on the email on the walking time from metro Bir Harkeim was 10 min whilst it takes 16 min meant that we had to run to arrive on time which was pretty stressful. Something to bear in mind and to correct your end for your future passengers!

Der Guide war super und hat eine sehr gute Bewertung verdient.. Sie hat uns eine kleine Einführung gegeben und dann zum Eiffelturm gebracht. Der Gesamtpreis war jedoch im Vergleich zu den normalen Tickets deutlich überteuert und wurde von uns nur gebucht, weil andere Tickets nicht mehr verfügbar waren.

Det blev förvirring ibland oss turister då det var oklart var vi skulle mötas innan aktiviteten. En skylt, stor flagga eller en person som stod på platsen hade underlättat mycket . Övrigt var bra

I thought I had bought the ticket to the summit. I realized that I did not when the lady guide told me. We had the guy guide and he wanted to talk to us. When we were in the elevator. So he made us wait 10 minutes on the 2nd floor of the Eifel tower to tell me that why the price of the tickets was high. And I really didn’t complain about it. I thought it was very rude and he shouldn’t have mentioned anything to us. Specially on the Eifel tower. I know the price of the tickets is high. It is not my first time buying tickets from your company. Please teach your guide not to do that anymore. It was extremely rude

Unforgettable experience

Velika prednost kada nije potrebno čekati red.

Quando tornerò a Parigi eviterò la torre Eiffel. Il ragazzo che ci ha illustrato la storia e le caratteristiche dell’opera è stato bravo ed era simpatico ma il prezzo pagato è stato troppo alto per poi restare sostanzialmente 10/15 minuti sulla torre ed aver affrontato una fila importante. Peccato. Per quanto riguarda Les invalides tutto bene ed ora ci attende Versailles e la gita in barca sulla Senna. A presto.

Viel zu teuer !

Jednoznačně je to top zážitek. Ideální je také možnost strávit neomezený čas na věži.

Eiffel Tower: A Great Tour for Families

I visited the Eiffel Tower with my family and we loved it! The views from the top were incredible and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris.

I enjoyed it very much. The meeting place was clear the guide waited there and we did not wait on the line we had the skip the line ticket. We were very pleased that we chose to pre-pay and skip the line.

Our guide picked us up on time, gave some general information and took us to the first security point. The panoramic view is incredible, the Eiffel Tower itself is incredible.

We met with our guide before entering the tower. He gave us instructions about the introduction. We got inside after receiving our tickets from the guide. It was very enjoyable to watch the important structures of the paris as a bird's eye view after going to the second floor. The view was fascinating.

skip the line eiffel tower

Last february we decide to visit Paris for the birthday of my daughter. It was a wonderfull experience. At first we met the guide at the meeting point near to the eiffel tower. Here they gave us our tickets and all the instructions about what to do. They came with us untill the elevators. But before that you have to passing trough a securitycheck. İf you have somethings metallic like padlocks etc its prohibited. My daughter was very happy to see this amazing monument. The view is just amazing. Thank you to our guide oscar to made our trip so nice. İt worth it.
