Paris: Eiffel Tower, Lunch at Madame Brasserie & Seine Cruise

Guide hat etwas schnelll und undeutlich gesprochen. Treffpunkt Cafe Champs de Mars schlimmste Pariser Abzocke. 1 doppelter Espresso, 1 Cappucino , 1 Flasche Wasser über Euro 25.—. Und haben sich noch erdreistet nach Trinkgeld zu fragen. Restaurant auf dem Eiffelturm Bistro Madame sehr gutes Essen, sehr netter Kellnet.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, der zugewiesene Platz war nicht so schön. Man hätte in einem x-beliebigen Restaurant sein können. Der weibliche Guide war sehr desinteressiert, gelangweilt und unfreundlich. Zudem aufgrund von starkem Dialekt + laute Umgebung sehr schlecht zu verstehen. Bei Nachfragen unfreundliche und arrogante Reaktion. Die Aussicht vom Eiffelturm und die Bootsfahrt waren schön. Großer Stressfaktor war die Tatsache, dass wir nicht einschätzen konnten wie lange man an den Fahrstühlen und vorm Restaurant warten musste in Verbindung mit dem Hinweis der App, dass man unbedingt pünktlich sein muss und sonst ausgeschlossen wird. Das muss bei dem Preis definitiv besser zu lösen sein!

It was splendid, the combination of the visit to the Tower and the lunch in Madame Brasserie was awesome. Even though the food was not the cherry on top, it was more like the experience of been on such an incredible structure having lunch with family. The navigation on the Seine was spectacular! The temperature helped, lovely skies, great pictures were taken. And the views from both the Eiffel Tower and the boat: top notch experince! I would recommend!

Eiffelturm war gut. Essen war Durchschnittlich. Guide der Bootsfahrt war schlecht zu verstehen.

The activity was good in the sense we got to see the Eiffel Tower and have lunch. There was a lot of waiting in queues, waiting for the guide to show up, waiting to get in, waiting in Q for lunch always 30 minutes in every line, exhausting!

The tour guide was awful. The company canceled the cruise due to weather and told me to ask my guide for help and she blew me off. She was so quiet NO ONE could hear her. You had to walk a bit to get to the Eiffel Tower then were rushed up to the top without the “guide.” I hope I never have another “tour” like this. The summit was pretty and lunch was good but book it on your own not through this company.

nice enough. loads of queues but thats noones fault. guides were super helpful and spoke multiple languages (impressive) happy to help, made sure we were all sorted before leaving us. would defiantly recommend.

La comida en Madame Brasserie fue deliciosa y el personal fue muy amable. El crucero por el Sena fue muy relajante y pudimos ver muchas de las hermosas vistas de París desde el barco. ¡Nuestro boleto para la Torre Eiffel fue genial! Fue una experiencia increíble poder subir hasta la parte superior de la torre y ver toda la ciudad desde allí. ¡Definitivamente recomiendo este tour a cualquiera que quiera visitar París!

Me encantó mi experiencia en la excursión de comida y crucero por la Sene con la entrada a la Torre Eiffel de Cityzore. Los guías eran geniales y el barco era muy bonito. La comida era deliciosa y la vista de la Torre Eiffel desde el barco fue increíble. ¡Sin duda recomiendo esta excursión a cualquiera que visite París!

Entrada exclusiva para a Torre Eiffel, guia atenciosa. Cruzeiro muito bom, com pequena explanação dos pontos turísticos à medida que passávamos por eles. O almoço não é nada demais. Esperava mais por um almoço na Torre Eiffel.

The views were amazing, the guide Daniel was informative and helpful. Just a pity we didn't get to go to the summit due to high winds.

Le rdv s’est très bien passé au Café du Champs de Mars puis notre guide Danyel nous a emmenés à la Tour Eiffel en nous expliquant des tas de choses sur sa construction.Notre passage aux portiques de sécurité a été très rapide.Au 2eme étage nous avons pu profiter de la vue et des explications de notre guide sur les monuments de Paris.Puis nous sommes redescendus à Madame Brasserie où nous avons très très bien mangé avec une vue magnifique.Et nous avons clôturé notre journée avec la croisière sur La Seine.Tout était très bien organisé.Je recommande vivement cette activité.

The trip to the tower was very enjoyable the staff polite and helpful. The restaurant experience was excellent, our waiter was friendly, always wore a smile he made our visit a true experience.

Very confusing logistics and lack of clarity in instructions which had us standing in one line for 30 minutes unnecessarily.

Non posso valutare in quanto dopo in lunghi tempi di attesa non c’è stata occasione di visitare la torre e quindi usufruire del servizio pranzo all’interno della torre

вооще не стоит этих денег. обед просто не о чём, не советую вообще заказывать в этом ресторане. пришлось отстоять в очереди, чтобы купить билеты на 3 этаж. не рекомендую.

Kyra and Scott were fantastic tour guides! Kyra made sure we were first in line and the first to go up on the Eiffel Tower. Everything was well planned and this tour was the highlight of our trip to Paris!

Was für ein Erlebnis für mich und meinen 8 j. Sohn. Zuerst haben wir uns an einem kleinen Café mit kyra-der Tour Guide Dame getroffen. Wie haben sogar Erinnerungen via whats App und genau Beschreibung via Mail erhalten. So konnte nichts schief gehen. Zwar haben wir uns bereits im 08:15 getroffen-aber es war die beste Entscheidung. Wir waren mit Dir ersten in der Schlange-und diese würde jede Minute länger und länger. Sie hat uns souverän durch schlagen und Kontrollen geführt. Sicher geht alles auch auf eigene Faust-aber für uns war es so deutlich entspannter-und wir wollten Entspannung und keine Hektik oder stressiges suchen. Mit einem netten Fragespiel über den Eiffelturm hat Diana -ebenfalls Guide-uns die Zeit verkürzt-es war informativ und nett. Sie haben uns dann interessante Eiffelturm Infos gegeben. Nicht zu viele und nicht zu wenig. Perfekt für meinen Sohn. das Essen war toll. Toller Service. Für unseren Sohn hätten Pommes gereicht-ich fand es toll. Alles rundum perfekt

Te dejan esperando en la torre por más de 4 horas. Debería sólo ser comida o citar a la gente más tarde.

La guide kera était au top . Disponible et compétente. Très agréable. Par contre l’attente pour déjeuner c’est très long . Depuis 8h 15 pour déjeuner à 12h .... d’autre part lorsque je détaille les prix de chaque activité, j’ai vraiment l’impression d’avoir payé relativement cher . Pouvez vous me détailler ma facture ? Get you guide was helpful in trying to solve my problem, unfortunately they kept passing me off the the local tour group from @parisviptrips company who were by far the rudest and unresponsive people I have ever encountered. I highly recommend the tour group “meet the locals” instead of this Eiffel Tower tour group. TheIr treatment of my family including 2 young children RUINED multiple days on my vacation and cost me 500€. I have never experienced such horrible “business” people. Stay away!!!!

Bootsfahrt war erst nach Eiffelturm Besuch möglich und nicht wie angepriesen an jedem Tag. 2. Ebene und Mittagessen verspricht mehr als nach dem Essen im einfachen Restaurant im 1. Stock. Bei dauerhafter Fotografie eines Inders.

The description stated 4 hours. We met at 8:15 am. We,and the rest of the tour, believed that meant we would be done around noon. We planned another tour for later and had a cruise ship to get back to. The tour guide in formed us that the time was just at the Eiffel Tower, our lunch reservations were at noon and then we could do the river cruise anytime. Several of us had other tours, trains, planes to catch. This was very frustrating and caused a lot of stress. We also did not need to spend 3 hours at the tower. It is lovely and enjoyed the lunch, the views but 3 hours?

Just didn’t like all the standing around to get up the tower

Das mit dem Einlass ohne Warteschlange stimmt so nicht, leider. Das Paket ist ganz gut. Essen im Eiffelturm war super, feine Küche. Bootsfahrt war auch ganz nett. Man fährt bis zum Ende vom Notre Dame, dreht nach der Insel wieder um. Die Guides waren sehr nett und erzählen im Eiffelturm was über die Stadt usw.

The only thing we didn't like as much was that the Entrance to the tower seems a bit too early as the restaurant does not open until midday. If the weather is nice you can just sit about and enjoy the view for 3h otherwise it is a long wait to keep warm somewhere. At least the cue is not as long at this time of a morning and the tower overcrowded. The food in the restaurant was ok but the waiter was extremely nice. We loved the Cruise as we took late evening one and lit up city was beautiful with the highlight of sparkling Tower.

The lunch at the Eiffel Tower restaurant was terrific and the cruise was nice too, but the tour guide was not very good. She was unable to articulate the logistics of the tour to the group and did not do a very good job and providing information about the Eiffel Tower and it’s surroundings.

The food and service were not good, the guide was excellent!

Rigtig meget ventetid blev sparret væk ved at gå tidligt i tårnet. Guiden fik os hurtigt gennem de mange sikkerhedstjek og forskellige køer. Trygt og godt og med masser af overskud.

Grundsätzlich etwas überteuert. Vor Ort wäre alles zusammen billiger gekommen und das erwartete nicht anstehen müssen fiel auch aus! Dafür war die Reisebegleiterin IDA extrem gut, freundlich und wirklich ein Gewinn. Ich hoffe, sie erhält ein EXTRA. Ohne Ida wär unsere Bewertung viel schlechter ausgefallen. Tour guide was great. I got lost trying to find the meeting location, but she was there waiting a couple extra minutes after the designated meeting date. We toured the eiffel first, then did lunch, and then walked and did the cruise. This was a great package.

à part le changement d'heure du lieu de rencontre le matin (09h30 mentionné et réquisitionnés à 08h45, cela fait une différence!!) Notre guide très sympa, embarrassé à la fois par le brouillard et l'incertitude causée par les gilets jaunes du lendemain, mais l'ambiance était bonne et notre guide connaît bien sa matière!

Na de ontmoeting op een locatie vlak bij de Eifeltoren gingen we door een beveiligingspoortje naar binnen. Daarna was de gids verdwenen en stonden we met een aantal mensen een tijd te wachten. Uiteindelijk vonden we hem naast een enorme rij wachtenden die hij blijkbaar ook begeleidde elders. Daarna ging het ok en was alles goed geregeld. Mooie ervaring.

Fik 3 retter, serveret samtidig. Øv. Dårlig mad. Hurtig ind hurtigt ud, var vores oplevelse. Modtagelse af guiden var fin. Kørte med op i eiffeltårnet og svarede på spørgsmål, fortalte Paris historie. Bådturen var også rigtig god. God oplevelse, minus restaurant besøget.

Vorrei essere rimborsato perché ho pagato il giro sulla Senna di 1 ora per 2 persone il giorno 13 settembre ma la guida non mi ha lasciato nessun biglietto quindi ho perso soldi inutilmente. Attendo notizie immediate grazie

The guide met us on time at the meeting place. Walked us over to security and got in line for elevator ride up. Was a short wait because we did the early morning tour (would definitely recommend that). We decided last minute to go right to the summit (extra 10 euros....guide took care of it). Well worth it! Amazing views! Lunch at Cafe 58 was delicious. The duck fois was AMAZING! Quick, good service! Then we went on the boat tour right after...Fantastic day!!!

Wir sind zu spät zum Vereinbarten Zeitpunkt gekommen, da wir die falsche Metro genommen haben. Trotz telefonischer Meldung war der Guide höchst unfreundlich. Die ging nicht nur uns so. Dann wies er uns an, Koch Fahrstuhl Tickets zu kaufen, obwohl diese im Preis inbegriffen waren. Zum Glück sah konnten wir das mit einer Eifelturmmitarbeiterin klären und bekamen das Geld zurück. Das Essen und das ganze drum herum war sehr gut

The whole experience was brilliant, the staff at the tower were very accommodating and pleasant, for a set three course menu was amazing and delicious, the food was well presented and quick. The first guide was they to meet us and had excellent English, the second guide how took us up the tower was lovely and also her English was excellent too. She obviously was knowledgeable and was able to get us up to the summit for a little extra. After all that we still had a river cruise which was lovely as it was very hot and they was a great breeze. I will be booking my trips again through get your guide.

Basically, this is to have someone buy the tickets for you. You go to a meeting point where the coordinator provides you of your tickets and takes you to the proper Eiffel Tower line and you never see him/her again. When we got out of the Eiffel Tower, we had to ask how to get to the Seine River Cruise. It was at a walking distance but it was not obvious how to get there and there. But it was good.

Comida sem nada especial, apenas a sobremesa estava gostosa.

treffpunkt um 10.00. start der tour dann erst um 12.00. gruppe von 8 personen dadurch tagesprogramm nicht wie geplant durchführbar. mittagessen wurde laut ticket am vortag auf 12.00 uhr reserviert. wartezeit im restaurant, da wir natürlich nicht um 12.00 da waren. die dame von get j.g. sagte, es sei kein problem, wenn wir später hin gehen. es war dann aber eines! wir haben diese aktivität unseren eltern zum geburtstag geschenkt und der tag war durch diese Warterei getrübt. ich vetstehe dies auch nicht und finde es inakzeatabel. wir und andere wurden 2 stunden zu früh bestellt ohne Begründung oder Entschuldigung.

Nachdem uns am vereinbarten Treffpunkt das falsche Ticket für den Aufzug zum Eiffelturmlift ausgehändigt wurde, hatten wir nur Ärger bis wor dank einer sehr freundlichen Dame am Lift ohne gültigen aber bezahlten Ticket den Aufzug nutzen durften. Die Dame am Kassenhäuschen Restaurant 58 war überheblich, arrogant und nicht gewillt oder unfähig sich auf englisch oder deutsch mit uns zu unterhalten. Stattdessen schikanierte sie uns von einem Point zum anderen, weil die Zeit nicht auch noch das bezahlte Mittagessen zu versäumen drängte. Davor hat sich auch eine solche Person nicht verschließen können. Alles in Allem bleibt ein negativer Beigeschmack trotz am Ende sehr schönen Aussicht und gutem Essen.

Mon contact, Claire, voici les qualificatifs qu elle mérite : Patiente, reactive, très efficace, gaie....un vrai plaisir. Et envie de revenir vous en toute confiance !!! Ce qui me satisferait beaucoup : faites lui part de mon commentaire, gardez là, et... augmentez son salaire !!!

Unser Guide Claire hat der Gruppe den Ablauf sehr gut erklärt. Der Zutritt war am Eiffelturm war mit Ihr war rasch. Das Essen war super lecker. Kein Problem wenn man die vorgeschlagenen Hauptgerichte nicht isst. Man bekommt Alternativen vorgeschlagen. Seine Rundfahrt war auch easy. Einfach das erhaltene Ticket beim Drehkreuz einlösen und ab aufs Schiff und genießen. Jederzeit wieder

Good food options on the menu for adults and kids, no wait at all and we appreciated the flexibility to add the summit ticket- though it was not cheap. I do wish the guide had included a bit more historical information. The cafe where the meeting place is located is horrifically overpriced- $8 for a coffee and rude service to boot. So I do not recommend grabbing a bite or a coffee there while waiting.

Guida disponibilissima...ci ha messe a nostro agio ed è stata chiarissima. Della torre che dire....favolosa ed il pranzo...oltre che gustoso, ha contribuito a rendere questa esperienza unica e indimenticabile.
