Ha sido una vergüenza como lo han organizado, según vas entrando te vas quedando en una zona par entrar pero no te dan un número ni nada, no te indican dónde está la puerta de acceso y cada vez va llegando más gente hasta que estás un montón de tiempo como sardinas en lata, todos apelotonados sin podernos mover y cuando abren el acceso eso parece la guerra, empujones, los que han llegado los últimos pasan los primeros, allí no hay nadie de seguridad, es lo más espantoso que he vivido nunca. El paseo luego está bien pero ya se te ha quitado toda la ilusión. No lo volvería a hacer ni gratis, no merece la pena que te traten como a animales

The boat ride was great! It isn’t really a tour and you can save money by booking directly online with the same boat company. Those tickets are $17 each when you book online. I only know this because we had to add one to our “tour”.

Im großen und Ganzen okay! Das einzige Highlight der Bootstour war die Rückfahrt mit tollem Blick auf den Eifelturm! Zu den Abfahrtszeiten am Abend wäre es hilfreich gewesen, dass es dafür bessere Uhrzeiten gegeben hätte.

Todo es mejorable. Las colas eran inmensas. La organización colaba a quien quería. Las embarcaciones son enormes y va uno con decenas y decenas de personas gritonas que hacen que el paisaje se vuelva insufrible. Las cuatro cosas que dice la cinta pregrabada en cinco idiomas apenas se oyen. Una experiencia en la cola aburrida, larga y terrible. Como manadas de animales bovinos.

The advertising for this was very misleading. I signed up for the nightlights tour but if does not reserve that for you even though you have to check the availability. It can be used for any of the tours from 10 am to 10 pm. You have to get there about 45 minutes early to get on the 10 pm boat and you stand in a crushing line to fight for your spot to get up top. I wish they were honest from the start. The seats were very flimsy and everyone stood up So then they were blocking you from taking pictures. If I had realized I could stand I would have the whole time to be able to have an unobstructed view.

Boat ride was great, the speaker system was terrible. Only 1 system that was working and was muffled and could not hear a word. We missed all of the information which was one of the reasons we wanted to take the boat.

Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de l’activité. À notre arrivée, il nous a été demandé de repartir car le bateau était exceptionnellement complet et la croisière a été annulée. Nous n’avons reçu aucune information concernant un éventuel remboursement ou la possibilité de reporter l’activité. Nous sommes très déçus, d’autant plus que nous avions choisi le dernier créneau afin de pouvoir admirer la Tour Eiffel illuminée de nuit. Nous espérons obtenir rapidement une solution ou dédommagement.

Leider konnte man sitzend gar nichts sehen, da alle am Rand stehen. Es sollten nur so viele Leute rein gehen, wie es auch Plätze zum sitzen hat. Würde ich auf keinen Fall empfehlen!!!

temps idéal, durée optimale pour la croisière. on a écouté les explications du bateau car nous avions pas pensé a prendre nos écouteurs pour l'audio guide possible sur smartphone. avec le bruit du bateau et des autres clients nous n avons pas pu tout entendre au niveau des descriptifs.

The cruise was very enjoyable. The views were spectacular. One complaint though we were sitting in the first row upstairs. A group of tourists came to the front of the boat to pose for pictures, take videos, and chat on their phones. They blocked our view completely. They were asked several times to sit back down. They would comply for a few minutes but eventually would come back. It was very annoying.

Zugang zum Schiff etwas chaotisch - ziemlich rücksichtsloses Gedränge beim Einstieg. Wir hatten Andrea Simon Glück, ziemlich vorne zu sein und haben uns dann Sitze auf der linken Seite in Fahrtrichtung ausgesucht. Die Sitze selbst sind teilweise schon kaputt, selbst kleine Menschen haben kaum Platz für die Beine. Wenn dann so wie bei uns ganz viele aufstehen und sich an die Reling stellen, weil sie "ja im sitzen nichts sehen", dann bist du gearscht auch wenn du am Rand sitzt. Die Rücksichtslosigkeit der anderen hat uns die Tour ziemlich vermisst. Die Lautsprechersurchsagen waren auch oben im freien nicht zu verstehen. Die Perspektive vom Wasser aus und die beleuchteten Gebäude waren aber wirklich sehr schön. Am nächsten Abend sind wir das nochmal in Ruhe zu Fuß abgelaufen und hatten auch tolle Ausblicke.

It was raining and the speakers didn’t play on the lower covered deck. There’s no actual time given to you. It’s sold as a night cruise, but there’s no guarantee there will be space on the night boat ride, as it’s first come, first serve. I wouldn’t recommend this tour.

The timing of the boat ride was the worst I chose. Never get into the cruise minutes before the Eiffel Tower sparkles ( every hour, on the hour for 5 minutes ). As the boat pulled away , the Sparkles started and had to view it looking behind as the boat kept moving away from it. Thought I could catch the next show once I get off the boat. Again same thing the cruise was timed so poorly you miss the show. You are neither viewing it from the water or shore

You have to be in queue for Atleast 30 mins as it is too crowded, but good experience similar to other Bateaux-Parisiens agency. This is bit far from tower (around 1km) so I would recommend other Agency as they are much closer to Eiffel tower and gives similar experience.

It is a very basic boat - simple plastic chairs all facing forwards. Unfortunately a number of people stood up to see better which meant everyone else had to stand too or only see bodies. Perhaps if the chairs were facing the sides people would not tend to stand and move to the sides impeding every one else’s view.

The view of the city from the boat is really stunning, but you should consider how crowded the boat can be. I'm not sure if this is specific to Bateaux-Mouches, but their organisation at the dock was quite poor. Upon arrival, there was an incredibly long queue, with cars and buses passing right alongside it, there was nothing, no protection, between people and these vehicles. The staff at the dock was limited in number and could be a little unfriendly, particularly if you don't speak French, which seems surprising for an activity mostly aimed at tourists. Then, after passing the gates, I have to wait again in a super-packed area before boarding. There was no queue at all, just people pushing others to get onto the boat. Children and elderly passengers were not given any priority during boarding. Feel adjustments in the boarding process would make the whole experience much better.

tout était parfait nous aurions voulu voir Paris toute illuminée et dans toute sa splendeur ..mais ça sera pour une prochaine fois dans une autre période ou il fera nuit plus tôt..ma petite famille et moi sommes en vacances pour quelques jours et repartirons sur la polynesie . Merci très belle découverte de très très beaux monuments et nous y avons pris pleins les yeux .à bientôt

I was really excited about this River Seine Cruise and had seen really good reviews about it however I was a little disappointed. All in all the trip itself was beautiful, I chose the sunset time and it was amazing to see Paris’ beautiful sights whilst the sun set which ended with the Eiffel Tower lighting up once it was dark. However the organisation of getting on the boat was pretty poor. Once you scan your ticket and enter the docking area there is no clear indication of where to go/stand/wait to board the next boat. People were pushing and shoving and there was no one directing people or controlling the massive crowd of people. I would still recommend this trip however be prepared for chaos whilst trying to get on the boat.

Très bonne expérience au sein de bateau mouche. Une balade qui dure environ 1h et qui retrace les monuments emblématiques de Paris. Attention toute fois si vous êtes placés en haut du bateau, nous n’entendons pas les explications historiques.

Excelente tour y ciudades que se visitaron, las guías Alicia y Cristina fueron excelentes anfitrionas de la empresa amigo tour desde antes de iniciar el viaje enviándonos la ubicación GPS de salida, así como el inicio, desarrollo y final del tour. Hacen un excelente trabajo son muy profesionales. Atendieron dos grupos paralelamente en inglés y español Este paseo de Bruselas y brujas para quienes no conocen les va a encantar, hasta me imagino que los que ya tuvieron oportunidad de conocerlas les vuelve a gustar porque son hermosas ciudades para disfrutarlas al máximo Gracias por el tour muy satisfechos con el mismo

We took the 9:30 PM Bateaux Mouches cruise to see the Eiffel Tower at night. We missed the first sparkle show but enjoyed great views of the illuminated tower and got to see it sparkle at 11 PM after the cruise. The ride lasted about 70 minutes. We arrived 30 minutes early and still waited around 20 minutes in line, but the line moved quickly. The boat was very crowded, and a large group of children made it difficult to hear the audio commentary. There is a QR code to download the audio guide on your phone, but the noise made it hard to follow. For the best Eiffel Tower photos and videos, sit on the right side of the boat. If you prefer a quieter experience with fewer crowds and clearer commentary, consider a smaller cruise. Overall, the views were beautiful and it was a memorable way to see Paris at night.

Cruise was good. I think it’s ridiculous that you cannot book a departure time. You just show up and wait. There were 100’s and 100’s of people waiting in a line. You just board and then run to get a good viewing point then people stand on the edge to block your view. Needs to have a better system in my opinion. However, it’s an affordable way to see the city from the river. I enjoyed the views. I’ve been here a few times, I love Paris, and this is the first time I’ve done a cruise on the Seine. Overall very enjoyable.

Wir waren auf dem Schiff welches um 22:00 Uhr ablegte. Es war viel zu überfüllt und die Fahrt konnte überhaupt nicht genossen werden. Keine Aussicht da alle stehen mussten. Besser wäre es gewesen eine zusätzliche Fahrt anzubieten und dafür weniger Personen auf einem Schiff. Das gute war die Audioguide obwohl auf der Deutschen Textversione mind. 1 nicht übersetzt wurde. Leider kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich werde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Letzte Abfahrt um 22:30 (Anfang Juni): Die Fahrt auf der Seine ist ein Muss sie bietet eine einmalige Perspektive auf dem Eiffelturm ! Wir waren um 21:40 dort und trotz langer Schlange und etwas chaotischer Lage (gefühlt) war alles ok und alle Wartenden sind ans Bord gekommen. Man muss nicht sitzen, man kann auch an der Rille stehen. Am besten in Fahrtrichtung links! Die Fahrt dauert 1 Stunde und auch der Blick auf Notre Damne bei Nacht war magisch!

La croisière était particulièrement agréable. Nous avions une place assise, et avons pu observer les différents monuments. Cependant, les points faibles: - énormément de monde - le son de la visite guidée était mauvais et peu compréhensible Veillez à bien prendre de l’avance si vous visez les créneaux de nuits.

Após validar os bilhetes, estivemos, mais de 35 minutos à espera para entrar no barco. Local de espera lotado, apertado e insuportável num final de tarde de muito calor, sem qualquer ventilação adequada. Após reclamação das pessoas, autorizaram a entrada no barco. A viagem de barco foi agradável e deu para apreciar a vista a partir do Sena.

The trip was very well organised. Staff were friendly and approachable and managed the crowds well when boarding and disembarking the boat. The trip itself was a lot longer than expected with good information (in several languages) about the assorted landmarks en route. Highly recommended.

The boarding was terrible. Noisy, too many people, hot. The club co-located with the boat boarding is ridiculous; clubbing music at the launch of a what is intended to be a pleasant boat cruise?! Very weird. The cruise itself was decent though; nice sights and good commentary on the audio guide. Still far too many people. I'd pick another cruise if I were you.

Consejo, regulen el tema de la entrada al barco porque hasta antes de presentar el tickets es todo correcto. Luego , al no haber un orden de llegada al acceso previo al barco, se arma una estampida de animales. Y lo otro, deberían darle prioridad a las personas que sentadas, se quedan sin tener una buena vista porque permiten que todos se pongan alrededor de las barandas. Consejo, si te toca asientos, elige los que están bien pegados al borde así nadie se te pone delante. Lo demás maravilloso

Totaler Reinfall. Trotz Ticket hätten wir über 2h warten müssen, damit man im Anschluss wie eine Sardine über den Fluss geschippert wird. Warum gibt es keine Zeitslots? Warum wird die Wartezeit nicht transparent beschrieben? Wenn die Gegebenheiten klarer gewesen wären, hätten wir die Tickets im Vorfeld niemals erworben. So haben wir das Geld leider zum Fenster rausgeworfen.

O passeio de barco foi óptimo. Tem descrição dos locais em várias línguas, a duração é de 1 hora, passa pelos locais célebres de Paris: Museu do Louvre, Museu D'ORSAY, Torre Eiffel... O embarque é junto à Ponte L'Alma e no lado oposto da ponte fica o túnel D'Alma, onde morreu a Princesa Diana. A relação preço/qualidade é muito boa! Recomendo!

Die Fahrt in den Abendstunden war ok. Man sieht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auf einen Blick. Der große Nachteil!!! Es sind riesige Boote mit 700-800 Menschen an Bord! Man hört keine Erklärungen und fühlt sich wie auf einem Viehtransport! Wer Individualität und private Momente sucht, ist hier definitiv falsch. Ich gebe 3 Sterne, weil wir tatsächlich 21.30 Uhr gefahren sind und sowohl die Lichtshow des Eiffelturms gesehen haben als auch die anderen illuminierten Gebäude!

This is by Far one of the most terrible rides in my life. People who have tickets in the same line with people who don’t, The entrance to the Boat was a disaster, we stayed in a long endless line for more than one hour and a half with lack of organization and lack of staff to guide us. The ride itself was not bad. Getting out of the boat was another disaster and lack of organization. One of my worst experiences and i will never recommend to anyone.

Too much stress, it was very tiring. You book a ticket without a specific time or seat. You wait too much long in a queue. When you finally find a seat, you realize that it is pointless, because other people are standing in front of you, blocking all the view. So you have to stay stand up for the entire cruise. The cruise would be magic under other circumstances. I would not do it for second time. Alternative, you can just walk nearby the river. It has much more fun.

Toll: Ticket ist flexibel einsetzbar, einen Monat gültig für alle Fahrten zwischen 10:00 Uhr vormittags und 22:00 Uhr abends Wir waren Pfingstsonntag am Abend dabei. Völlig überfüllt, 1 Stunde anstehen. Organisation deutlich ausbaufähig. Fahrt selber, war aber durchaus nett und sorgte für 70 schöne Minuten in der Abenddämmerung.

Die Bootsfahrt war sehr angenehm, die Stimme der Moderatorin aber dauerhaft in allen möglichen Sprachen, was bisschen nervig war. Die Schlange am Abend war grausam voll, weshalb wir uns dazu entschieden haben, am nächsten Morgen die Tour zu machen, was recht schade war. Aber 2 stunden in der prallen Hitze warten ohne Schatten ist nichts für mich.

Es hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Es wurden viel zu viele Tickets verkauft. Man hatte das Gefühl es bricht jeden Moment eine Massenpanik aus. Alles war sehr unkoordiniert. Wir mussten sehr lange in einer Warteschlange stehen. Was nicht schlimm ist. Allerdings war das sehr gefährlich, da es Zentimeter von Busverkehr entfernt war. Jeden Moment hätte was passieren können. Hätte die Veranstalter nur so viele Tickets verkauft, wie es Sitzplätze gebe, wäre die Stimmung auf dem Boot auch besser gewesen. So viele Leute mussten stehen und dadurch hatten die sitzenden, eine sehr schlechte Sicht. Alles in allem, war es die schlechteste Buchung bisher auf Get your Guite.

Moin Die Lichterfahrt an sich war sehr beeindruckend... Wir sind am 21.05. , geg. 21.30 gestartet... das war die genau richtige Zeit ... tolles Licht und ein atemberaubender Blick von der Seine auf die Stadt ... Wir hatten Glück und haben die verhüllte Pont Neuf sehen können ... Der Einlass zu den Booten , allerdings , war sehr chaotisch und dauerte etwas ... also genug Zeit vorab mitbringen . Trotz allem aber sehr zu empfehlen...

Truly a €17 activity. Fully understand this is a “you get what you pay for type” of activity. Would recommend coming at least 2 hours early on a weekend/around sunset because it gets crowded quick and lines are LONG. My biggest complaint with this was getting on/off the boat. You are packed like sardines & grown adults are arguing and shoving each other, as well as running to get the “best view”. I feel the company could do a way better to organize the getting on/off because it was almost unbearable. It was borderline unsafe waiting in the crowd to get on the boat, with people pushing on all sides. The cruise lines itself was relaxing and beautiful but almost ruined by the negatives. We went on a Saturday around sunset, definitely contributing to the craziness and I would assume it’s better during the week/day. Overall not a terrible activity for the price, however if you’re not a fan of long lines/very crowded spaces, I would opt to spend more for a more private experience.

The queue was very long and after paying for the tickets in advance, we were told by security that the queue is the same for people with ticket or without ticket. After waiting for more than 2 hours in the queue, we had to leave without going on the cruise because the queue was just not getting over and it was time for the closing.

Absolut überfüllt du stehst 2 Stunden an der Schlange um in ein extrem überfülltes Boot zu kommen. Haut an Haut mit anderen Leuten. Man sieht nix von Paris weil jeder die Sicht bedeckt. Außerdem fährt das Boot genau zur Glitzerzeit des Eiffelturms nicht in diese Richtung. Kann es keinem empfehlen.

Also dieses Geld kann man sich sparen, 2 Stunden Wartezeit, Gedränge und geschubste auf dem Boot Kein Alkohol officell erlaubt, Toiletten auch nicht so sauber Leute die als nur rum schreien, man versteht nichts von dem Audio Guide und die Sicherheits Beamten auch nicht nett

This is the ultimate way to end or begin your time in Paris. We chose to go on a later cruise as the sun was setting and it was magical. This company knows what they are doing. Efficient boarding and disembarking. The cruises start on the hour and a half hour and continue throughout the day and evening. Get there about half an hour before the intended cruise you want to take and you’ll wait but be near the front for whatever seat you want to take. I can’t think of a better way to see Paris and it is incredibly romantic, even though there are a lot of people around. Everyone’s quite in awe. I highly recommend this cruise.

Die Bootsfahrt war super, wenn man Linksseitig saß hat man die beste Aussicht auf den Notre Dame. Boot ist sehr groß und hat viele Platzmöglichkeiten. Wir wollten das Boot um 21:30 nehmen, jedoch war es so unglaublich voll, dass wir uns umentschieden haben das Boot um 22:00 zu nehmen. Man muss bereit sein Wartezeit mitzubringen besonders in den Abendstunden, da jeder den beleuchteten Eiffelturm sehen will. Die Warteschlange als solche war bei knapp 27 Grad ziemlich heiß und unangenehm. Wir hatten hier jedoch Glück dass wir weit vorne waren und sitzen konnten. Ich würde nächstes Mal die 15-20€ mehr in die Hand nehmen und eine Tour buchen, wo es etwas privater ist. Als kurzer Sightseeing Trip reicht es jedoch alle Mal, nichts großes zum Genießen, da sehr voll.

Wer auf eine Massenabfertigung steht ist hier richtig, das Boot total überfüllt. Dann Gefühlt 20 Schulklassen auf dem Boot, hier kommt definitiv keine Stimmung von Romantik auf. (Paris Stadt der Liebe) Es gibt Sitzplätze die genutzt werden können, wenn man aber sitzt sieht man nix weil alles an der Seite und vorne steht, da sollte der Veranstalter eingreifen, also steht notgedrungen alles irgendwie. Bei unser Ankunft hätten wir am liebsten schon direkt wieder umgedreht, aber die Tikets konnten wir leider nicht mehr zurückgeben, ein Riesen Pulk an Menschen hat auf das Schiff gewartet. Wir würden diese Fahrt so nicht mehr buchen!

最高でした。 日没を待って9時30乗船したのですか、前半はまた明るく、ライトアップされてなかったのですが、後半はライトアップされ、エッフェル塔が凄く綺麗でした。 値段の割にめっちゃ良かったです。

Die Fahrt auf der Seine war sehr schön. Allerdings fand ich es sehr schade, dass die Tour durch einen Audio Guide begleitet wird, welcher kein Deutsche Tonspur anbietet. Ich würde schätzen das es ca. 10 verschiedene Sprachen waren von Russisch, Japanisch und Chinesisch. Da hätte man ruhig auch Deutsch hinzufügen können.

Also das Geld hätte man sich doch Sparen können. Das ganze ist eine reine Massenabfertigung. Wenn man innen (weil es regnet) auf der falschen Seite sitzt hat man nichts gesehen außer am Ende den Eiffelturm. Oben vielleicht besser, aber dafür muss das Wetter passen. Wenn man alles im Nachtlich sehen möchte muss man auch gut überlegen welche Zeit man anpasst. Würde ich nicht mehr machen und für das Geld lieber ein Restaurant oder ein Tuktuk nehmen.

This was a waste of time and money for anyone who actually wants to see highlights and learn about them. It should be billed as a party boat. It was totally packed with people pushing and shoving to get on and off. I was trying to listen to the recorded guide information but it wasn’t loud enough, plus every time we went under a bridge the people on the top deck screamed and cheered which didn’t help! People stood against the glass making it hard to see. I love a good time as much as the next person but this was just frustrating.

Hätte die Fahrt am liebsten abends gemacht es war s her stark am regnen aber da steckt man nicht drin ist eben so sonst war das Personal sehr nett :) gut organisiert angenehm gefahren danke ….

I had a very bad experience with other passengers on the river cruise. There were no staff to help mediate the situation which really ruined the quality of the experience.

The night view of Paris from the water is magnificent. Boarding the boat, however, was chaos! Please consider implementing some orderly embarkation practices plus information on the different sides of the wharf the boats will arrive.

I would definitely recommend Bateaux-Mouches. No crazy wait times promptly seated down. Perfect Parisien vibe. If you are in Paris it’s a must do kind of an experience.

Leider von dem Sonnenuntergang am Eiffelturm weg gefahren - sehr sehr schade Dann viel zu schnell an Eiffelturm durch obwohl das glitzern zur vollen Stunde war Leider sehr enttäuscht Keine Getränke an Bord

Nous avons attendu la croisière de 21h00 pour admirer Paris en lumières. La moitié du bateau était occupée par des jeunes très bruyants qui ont crié sans arrêt durant tout le trajet de 70 minutes. Impossible d'entendre les commentaires pré-enregistrés pour chaque pont ou bâtiment vu. Très décevant que la compagnie Bateau mouche n'intervienne pas pour assurer une expérience agréable pour l'ensemble des passagers. Si vous recherchez une expérience calme ou romantique, optez pour un diner-croisière et évitez Bateau-Mouche!

We really enjoyed the evening cruise. It was so nice seeing the different sites from the water. It was lovely and we were able to take some great photos. I highly recommend this cruise.

Unfortunately there was a big school class that lost control and where super loud, dancing, drinking, jumping around. It was impossible to understand anything and also the viewing was hard as people were walking around all the time. I expected someone from the cruise to say something to this group and take over control over the chaos
