Alla biglietteria non accettano pagamenti con carte , solo cash. Quindi abbiamo acquistato i biglietti ingresso sulla vostra app . Biglietti +audio guida. Peccato che l’audio guida non c’e… e non rimborsano la differenza di prezzo (solo biglietto di ingresso costa 100 DHR= 10€ circa contro i nostri 26€ x due persone! )

Deludente nel rapporto qualità-prezzo. La struttura è attualmente in ristrutturazione e il giardino non è visitabile, con la sensazione generale di trovarsi in un cantiere. Inoltre, senza il sole, le maioliche non risaltano particolarmente. Nel complesso, esperienza inferiore rispetto alla Madrasa di Ben Youssef, che offre un’architettura molto simile ma è meglio tenuta e con un patio interno decisamente più suggestivo. Sicuramente sarà molto più interessante dopo la sua ristrutturazione.

Compresa audio guida tramite app, nulla di che. Il qr code ti permette di saltare la fila. Purtroppo il palazzo è stato distrutto dal terremoto e molte zone sono un cantiere. Bisognerebbe evitare di vendere biglietti in questo momento. Da preferire altri palazzi.

Not as worthy product for me. If I knew that I can enter the palace without reserving the ticket, i would buy it directly in palace. I was worried that capacity will be limited, but it was not. The audio commentary was good, but not so necessary. And the price was high.

The architecture was beautiful and it was great to learn a bit about the history. We enjoyed wandering around at our own pace rather than in a group. It's definitely good to buy tickets in advance and avoid the queues.

Der Palast ist eine Augenweide, dir Mosaike und Türen sind wunderschön. Besonders der Innenhof mit den Orangenbäumen hatte es mir angetan. Leider kommt durch Touristenmassen keine rechte Stimmung auf. Wir waren 9 Uhr da, trotzdem war es innerhalb von 10 Minuten total voll.

Très joli palais mais en travaux. Concernant l’activité avec audio guide, attention il s’agit d’une application à télécharger sur votre téléphone qui vous donne quelques explications très succinctes et déjà écrites sur les murs du palais. Pour 3€/personnes supplémentaires cane vaut pas le coup. Le point positif est que vous ne faites pas la queue pour prendre votre billet

bbiamo visitato Palazzo El Bahia pagando 13 euro a persona, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza del prezzo. Il palazzo era quasi interamente in ristrutturazione, con numerosi lavori in corso e diverse aree chiuse e inaccessibili. Molte parti apparivano fatiscenti o comunque non valorizzate, rendendo difficile apprezzare davvero la bellezza e la storia del luogo. Capisco l’importanza dei restauri per preservare il patrimonio, ma sarebbe stato corretto informare chiaramente i visitatori prima dell’ingresso o prevedere un biglietto ridotto vista la situazione. Così com’è, la visita risulta limitata e in parte deludente, perché non permette di vivere pienamente uno dei luoghi simbolo della città. Peccato, perché il potenziale è evidente.

Il palazzo era in gran parte in ristrutturazione con gli operai addirittura all’opera e transenne. Sarebbe stato certamente più sensato sospendere le visite o ridurre proporzionalmente il costo del biglietto visto l’evidente disagio. In queste condizioni non ne è valsa la pena!Peccato.

The Bahia Palace is worth visit. Good value for money. The only thing which I will say to be better is that the guided tour will be easier if the name of the place inside the Palace is identified with a picture rather than the name of the place inside Palace.

Overall, everything was wonderful. We had an unforgettable day and experience. Our guide, Rabia, was experienced and attentive. Our tour group, who came from different countries, was also very cooperative and fun. I would definitely recommend it in terms of price-performance ratio.

Enjoyed the splendid architecture and exquisite decor etc. It’s a busy excursion as expected although it’s probably better in the early morning or late afternoon.

Beautiful building with fabulous historic workmanship. Renovations in progress which did not affect the overall experience. We didn’t have a guide but there is enough information online and in-house to learn about the history. Well worth a visit.

The entrance fee is hyped and with the works at the palace, there is nothing much to see. I booked the same day of my visit and waited to get my voucher for almost 3 hours before accessing the palace.

Glad we went but not much to see as lots of screens up with repair work going on should probably be closed for visitors really until the work is done

nirgends ist erwähnt, dass man den Palast nicht mit Hund besichtigen darf. wir wurden am Eingang barsch abgewiesen. Tickets umsonst gekauft, obwohl wir unseren kleinen Malteser hätten bequem in einer Tasche transportieren können. Sehr schade

Der Palast lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Wir waren gegen zehn Uhr morgens da, es war noch recht wenig los, sodass wir mit unserem Ticket recht schnell durch konnten. Es waren zwar viele Leute dort, aber überfüllt wirkte es jetzt nicht. Auch der Audioguide lieferte interessante Informationen :) Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ik had er iets meer van verwacht. Ik had de tickets een uur ervoor online geboekt met audio, maar bij aankomst was het lastig binnen komen, ik had wel een mail met bevestiging maar geen barcode, wel binnengekomen maar zonder audio. Binnen zijn het eigenlijk allemaal dezelfde kale ruimtes.

Molto utile prendere il biglietto online perché ti evita di fare la fila alla cassa. L’audio guida (che non è compresa nel biglietto in cassa) da alcune informazioni sul cosa si sta visitando ma è complicato il suo utilizzo in quanto necessita di una connessione Internet ed è complicato capire quale riproduzione audio ascoltare perché spesso non segue l’ordine della visita.

il palazzo è bello ma vuoto e in ristrutturazione. la guida digitale non può essere usata se non hai traffico internet. Forse non si doveva proporre....
